How Managed Pantry Restocking Actually Works
Managed restocking is not a delivery subscription. It is a recurring service visit where someone physically counts what you have, proposes what you need, and only then delivers.

1. We visit on a fixed schedule
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly — the interval is set by your consumption, not by a fixed plan. Visits are scheduled so your office manager knows exactly when we arrive.
2. We check every shelf
Our team counts current stock against your agreed par levels, notes fast-movers and flags items sitting untouched. Expiry dates and machine consumables are checked at the same time.
3. You approve before anything ships
You receive a proposed restock list with quantities and pricing. Remove items, change quantities, add requests — nothing is delivered until you approve. This single step is what keeps pantry spend predictable.
4. We restock and shelve
We deliver, rotate older stock to the front, place everything in its assigned spot and remove the packaging. Your team walks in to a full pantry with nothing left to unpack.
